We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to identify and pursue government tender opportunities, build partnerships with OEM vendors and distributors, and support pre-sales activities. You will play a key role in growing SPITs project pipeline across IT infrastructure, networking, and security domains. This role combines market research, relationship building, proposal preparation, and tender management. You will work closely with the technical team to craft compelling bids for government and enterprise projects.

- Monitor and identify government IT tender opportunities (GeM, e-Procurement portals)
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities




- Support pre-sales activities with solution positioning and presentations
- Coordinate with the technical team for BOQ preparation and costing
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking reports

- BBA/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in IT sales or business development
- Understanding of government procurement processes (GeM, e-Tender)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with IT infrastructure products and solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and proposal writing
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
