Job Description Project Site Engineer (Drilling Rig)
Rotation: 3 Months On / 1 Month Off (3+1)

Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Site Engineers to join our Drilling Rig Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drilling operations, ensuring smooth site execution, preparing operational reports, and acting as a communication link between the rig site and project management.
Preference will be given to Ex-Focus Energy employees due to their familiarity with Focus drilling equipment, operational procedures, and reporting systems, enabling faster mobilization and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day drilling and rig site operations.
- Liaise with the Drilling Superintendent, Rig Manager, and field teams.
- Prepare and submit daily drilling reports, operational updates, and progress reports.
- Monitor drilling activities and ensure adherence to operational plans.
- Coordinate logistics, manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Maintain communication between the rig site and the head office/project management.
- Track operational performance and report any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities and operational records.
- Support the successful execution of drilling operations while minimizing downtime.
Eligibility
- Ex-Focus Energy employees only.
- Experience in onshore drilling rig operations.
- Valuable knowledge of drilling equipment and field operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work on an international rotational assignment.
