Marketing Events Coordinator

Job Brief

We re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our marketing team! In this role, you ll take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing impactful marketing events - from trade shows and product launches to webinars and corporate meetups, Seminar, Workshops.

You ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every event reflects our brand vision and drives measurable marketing results. If you have a knack for organization, creativity, and communication, this role is your prospect to make every event a success story!

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from concept to completion
- Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics efficiently
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and sponsors to ensure operational excellence
- Drive event promotion through digital and traditional marketing channels
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics
- Gather post-event feedback and provide actionable insights for improvement




- Collecting Leads from the Trade shows
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Support the marketing team in campaign planning and brand initiatives
- Creating Brochures
- Organising Seminars

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in event planning and marketing coordination
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends
- Open to travel across the Middle East Asia
