Role & responsibilities

• Be a design facilitator within the team.

o Lead the ideation process and involve the whole team and stakeholders in the conceptual work and solution.

o Ensure divergence in the exploration of alternatives.

o Be comfortable with many different prototyping tools, from low to high fidelity and use creative ways of prototyping for different and challenging situations.

- Champion and coach design thinking within the team.

• Understand and champion the user experience of the solution.

o Consider the whole journey over time as the user interacts with the solution, the partners, and the whole company over the lifetime of the solution.

o Understand the business constraints of the solution (technology limitations, timelines, budget) and make sure the design incorporates those constraints at an early phase of the process.

o Focus on usability and accessibility of the solution over aesthetics and pixel perfect mindsets.

• Team up with the product team to actively participate in the delivery work, test, and validation of the solution.

o Work with the product owner to refine and iterate on the User Stories, ensuring they reflect the design of the solution and its different components.





- Work iteratively with the designers to ensure he/she has the right input to deliver excellent experience and interfaces.
- Test the usability of the working solution, by both qualitative and quantitative means, and iterate with working solutions and with real end-users.

• Practice ownership for the initiatives and product.

o Continuously practice ownership of the solution and pursue every opportunity to delivering the solution on agreed time, at the agreed quality and at the agreed cost. Balance the need for making smaller improvements here and now, with the bigger vision for an attractive more long-term future solution.

Qualification and Skills

- Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent in design or research.
- 5-6years of relevant experience, ideally with experience in UX/digital design and service design.
- Must have experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across global locations.

• Ability to have fun, grow and learn.

- Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Preferred candidate profile
