About the Role

Your role as Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Publisher Manager (Mobile Delivery) will require you to join our Affiliate

team and drive end-to-end mobile affiliate campaign delivery. You will be responsible for managing publisher relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve delivery and performance goals.

This role will directly report to the Sr. Manager Affiliate.

What You'll Do

- Strong understanding of CPI / CPL / CPA / CPS campaign models and their execution.
- Handle and manage publishers/affiliates to execute mobile performance campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, from publisher onboarding to campaign tracking, optimization, validation, and reporting.
- Plan and formulate monthly media plans, budgets, and publisher payouts.
- Monitor day-to-day campaign performance and optimize KPIs such as volume,



CR, approval rate, EPC, ROI, and retention.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, Skype, and other channels to onboard recent publishers and partners.
- Negotiate commercials and media buying opportunities to maximize campaign performance.
- Ensure traffic quality through lead/order validation, discrepancy management, and fraud monitoring.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Tech, Finance, and Product teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain daily MIS, reconciliations, publisher payouts, and campaign performance reports.
