- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and quality control specialists to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in biologics or biosimilars development in a pharmaceutical or biotech industry setting.
- Solid understanding of microbiology, molecular biology, immunology, oncology, and life sciences principles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
