1. Operation and Maintenance:Handling shift individually.Attend all breakdowns on time regarding elctrical.Perform Qualitative Preventive Maintenance timely. To be prepare RCA for critical Breakdown.
2. Electrical Safety and Legal compliances: To be report Near misses and Unsafe Act/Conditions, To be ensure all activities through Safety Permits only.To be follow Electrical safety standard.
3. TQM Awarness:To be report KAIZENs/Pokayokes, To be ensure 55 activities in related areas. To be part of DWM.
4. Spare Management:To be ensure minimum stock inventory as per critical spare list.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to maintain effective coordination with all departments.
6. Solid teamworking skills.
