- Lead end-to-end factory operations, including Production, PPC, Quality, Stores & Dispatch
- Drive Production Planning & Control (PPC) for on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
- Implement 5S, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, production planning & team performance
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF, OEE, Productivity & Rejection Analysis
- Prepare daily MIS reports and drive operational excellence.
