CAST Tours, a division of Da Silva International, is currently seeking an experienced Travel Booking Agent / Travel Consultant to join our team for a series of unique international celebrity music travel experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to work on once-in-a-lifetime concert and travel events in some of the world's most iconic destinations while assisting clients throughout North America and internationally.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

- Applicants must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicants must speak with a clear Neutral English or British English accent suitable for professional communication with North American and international clients
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
- Must be willing and available to work North American business hours
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as the majority of communication will be conducted by telephone, email, text messaging, and video meetings

PERFORMANCE BONUSES

In addition to the monthly salary, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses based on:

- Accuracy of bookings and travel documentation
- Timely response to customer inquiries
- Successful coordination of travel arrangements and special event logistics
- Positive feedback from clients, artists, suppliers, and travel partners
- Overall contribution to the success of international travel events

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist clients with travel bookings and itinerary planning
- Coordinate hotel accommodations, flights, transfers, sightseeing tours, cruises, and transportation arrangements
- Handle customer service inquiries before, during, and after travel
- Manage booking documentation and passenger records
- Work directly with international tour operators and destination management companies (DMCs)
- Coordinate travel logistics for artists, guests, and VIP participants
- Assist clients attending celebrity music travel experiences
- Work closely with North American suppliers, travel partners, and clients
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and response times

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must possess a professional Neutral English or British English accent
- Previous travel agency or travel consultant experience preferred
- Previous cruise booking experience preferred
- Experience booking European travel packages strongly preferred
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requests professionally
- Passion for music, entertainment, and travel is beneficial
