Key Responsibilities

- Teach Art & Craft to students of Grades I to V as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and conduct creative, activity-based lessons in drawing, painting, sketching, colouring, paper craft, clay modelling, collage making, origami, and other visual art forms.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students.
- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, classroom displays, and school events.
- Integrate different art techniques and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom learning.
- Assess students' artistic progress and maintain records of their work.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of art materials and equipment.
- Participate in school functions, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Visual Arts, Applied Arts, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or Diploma/Degree in Art Education will be preferred.




- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Robust classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CBSE guidelines, NEP 2020, and experiential learning will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology for art instruction is desirable.
