- Develop Systems and procedures for organizations sourcing strategy and purchase plan.
- Conduct Market research on fabric and trims for new product development.
- Source materials based on the study about the products of market pioneer brands on national and international level.
- Develop recent/ different mix of yarns or fabric with good quality and price and supply based on the requirement for production.
- Searching international suppliers to bring high volume of Raw materials with better quality and better price.
- Regulate the work capital of RM & PM based on the purchase plan.
- Maintain the minimum/optimum/maximum level of RM as per the lead time.
- Control the logistic cost with better transit time.
- Comply with ISO Standards
- Forecasting levels of demand for materials and services in consultation with marketing and production team and ensure timely availability /supply of materials and services.
- Training for Team members
Qualification and Experience : -
- B-Tech Degree in Textile Technology
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a similar industry in a middle/senior management position
