This is a Direct-to-Customer sales role where Kotak Life provides leads to employees. Candidates are expected to connect with customers, meet them personally, explain life insurance solutions, and close business based on the provided leads.
This is NOT an Agency hiring role and does NOT involve recruiting agents/advisors/partners.
Role & responsibilities:
- Daily cold calling on the client database
• Fixing appointments with clients
• Conducting 23 face-to-face meetings daily across the city
• Explaining insurance products and financial solutions
• Handling documentation and business closure
• Maintaining daily sales activity and productivity
