You ll work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
2. Use various channels like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri and campus hiring events to source potential candidates.
3. Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
