Vulnerabilities, security gaps, and cloud security observations are tracked and closed within agreed timelines.

6) Customer Project Governance

Projects handled by the project delivery / project services team are planned,



tracked, and delivered as per agreed timelines and scope.

7) Implementation & Go-Live Management

UAT, production deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities are executed smoothly.

8) Risk & Escalation Management

Project, technical, product, cloud, and security risks are identified early and closed with proper ownership.

9) Stakeholder Coordination

Product, cloud, delivery, support, customer, and management stakeholders are effectively coordinated.

10) Reporting & Documentation

Project plans, security trackers, risk logs, deployment checklists, status reports, and closure documents are maintained accurately.
