Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall IT strategy, infrastructure, application and digital initiatives
- Daily monitoring of SAP HANA instances to ensure system stability and performance
- Drive IT cost optimization, budget control and AMC/ vendor management
- Ensure cybersecurity, data security, backups, and compliance with organizational standards
- Lead digital transformation, system automation and current IT project implementations
- Manage IT audits, SAP license compliance and governance requirements
- Oversee IT helpdesk operations
- Develop IT team capabilities through training and skills enhancement
- Manage surveillance and security systems as per business needs

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Exposure to SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI/ CO, PM will be an added advantage
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, communication and leadership skills
