Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate high-value leads.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives when required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 48 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.




- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, or e-commerce services is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a high-performing sales team.
