- Responsible for maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Responsible to resolve complex employee relations issues in a balanced, fair and objective manner, using appropriate counselling, investigative, intervention and mediation techniques.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of HR requirements.
- Represent the unit in various internal committees pertaining to discipline and employee harmony.
- Responsible for budget preparation, HRMIS as per the timelines and showcasing it to the top management.
- Closing manpower requisitions within specified timelines.
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring.
- Establish and Lead the implementation of the performance management system.
- Oversees the unit compensation and salary structure, pay policies,
and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Responsible for maintaining employee benefits programs and informs employees of perks by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
- Responsible for maintaining all the necessary HR processes and documentation for hospital accreditation (NABH).
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, all the policies are made accessible to all employees and are uniformly trained.
- Oversee employee files by designing a filing and retrieval system.
Regular audit of HR files, Payroll inputs, third party invoices, records and compliances.
