Role & responsibilities

The Dispatch Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of finished goods to customers while ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer schedules.
- Ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores, and Transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and ensure FIFO implementation.
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and loading of materials as per customer requirements.




- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Wallet HR/other company systems as required.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and documentation.
- Monitor vehicle loading to prevent damage during transportation.
- Support customer audits and internal audits related to dispatch activities.
- Maintain 5S standards in the dispatch area.
- Ensure adherence to company safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports and MIS.
