Job Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the Digital Door Number Plate Project across the assigned state.
- Recruit, train, guide, and monitor District Coordinators and field teams.
- Develop and execute state-level implementation plans and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats, Gram Panchayats, and other government departments.
- Build partnerships with NGOs, CSR organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders.
- Supervise household surveys, GPS mapping, QR code installation, and digital address verification.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, project quality, and timely completion of field activities.
- Conduct awareness programs, stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and public outreach campaigns.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the National Office.
- Resolve operational challenges and provide timely support to district teams.
- Ensure compliance with BHIMSI Foundation policies, project guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Promote the vision and mission of BHIMSI Foundation while maintaining professional ethics and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to expand the project into new districts and strengthen local partnerships.
- Achieve assigned implementation, fundraising,



and community engagement targets where applicable.
- Travel extensively within the assigned state to monitor and support project activities.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in NGO, social development, government projects, field operations, sales, marketing, or project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage large teams.
- Experience in coordinating with government officials, local authorities, or public institutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the assigned state.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, smartphones, GPS, Google Maps, and digital applications.
- Robust planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state.
- Ability to work independently and achieve project targets within deadlines.
- Passion for social service, rural development, digital transformation, and community empowerment.
- Must possess honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to public welfare.
