- Design and deliver training programs for Salesforce administrators, developers, and end-users on various aspects of the platform.
- Develop customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses to meet specific business needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users to ensure they are proficient in using Salesforce tools effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Trainer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Administration, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex programming language, Triggers (Lightning Web Components), Lightning Page Customization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences at all levels.
