Roles and Responsibility

- Develop high-quality visual elements for e-learning modules, including illustrations, graphics, and animations.
- Create interactive and immersive learning experiences using various design tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the learning objectives and develop designs that meet those needs.
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for e-learning platforms.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and style guide.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-learning design.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Robust understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is an asset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
