Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor civil, interior fit-out, finishing, and MEP coordination activities at the project site.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Verify measurements, material consumption, and work progress for billing and record purposes.
- Ensure materials received at the site meet the required quality standards and are used efficiently.




- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and client requirements throughout project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/B. Tech /B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-out, corporate office, hospitality, or real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of interior finishing, civil works, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
