Eligibility
- HSC (12th Pass)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Collections/Recovery
Fresher with good communication is also eligible
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collection and recovery calls professionally
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments
- Resolve payment-related queries efficiently
- Maintain daily call records and MIS reports
