Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and build meaningful engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in daily content publishing, community management, and trend research, along with a passion for creating impactful brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Research industry trends, viral content, competitor activities, and social media updates to generate creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
- Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.




- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Ensure all published content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Requirements

- 0.6-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to identify trends and create engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or D2C/eCommerce brand will be an added advantage.
