We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join an dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role must have worked for international process and does have excellent communications , with a strong background in customer service and leadership. Candidate should have worked for Escalation process

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and lead a team of customer support agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service and leadership, with a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Team Leader




- Must have worked into an international process for couple of years and does have excellent communication skills .
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and teleperformance tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality and productivity.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.

Salary Budget is 6-7 LPA
