- Drive sales growth and achieve regional business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Medical Representatives, and Business Executives.
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, hospitals, distributors, chemists, and stockists.
- Monitor secondary sales, prescription generation, and market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews with team members.
- Ensure effective implementation of company strategies, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to formulate business plans.
- Manage regional budgets and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- At least 3 - 5 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.




- Experience in managing multiple territories and large field sales teams.
- Solid leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong doctor, chemist, and stockist network in Bangalore.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving prescription generation.
- Currently working with Leeford Smart Laboratories
- Previous experience with Leeford Smart Laboratories
- Strong doctor, chemist and stockist network in Bangalore
- Proven sales and prescription generation track record Preferred Therapy Experience, Cardiac Diabetic, Neuro ,Nephro, Gastro, Pulmo
