We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated AutoCAD Designer to join our team. As a Firefighting AutoCAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and drafting fire protection and suppression systems using AutoCAD software. You will collaborate with our engineering and project management teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest safety standards and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

- Create detailed fire protection system designs and layouts using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Review architectural and engineering plans to identify fire protection system needs.
- Design and draft fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishing systems, and related components.
- Prepare accurate documentation, including drawings, BOQs, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on completed designs to guarantee accuracy and compliance.




- Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to fire protection systems.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer, preferably in the fire protection industry.
- In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD software and its applications in designing fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with fire protection codes and standards, such as NFPA, IBC, FM, and local building codes (desirable but not required).
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free designs.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
