As an RD Manager, you will be managing RD TAS team to support the labs and systems within the organization. TAS team is responsible for administration, configuration and support of many of our labs systems in use by RD and Product teams. This role will work closely with RD and Product departments to provide stellar support for our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generates and manages day to day work for team(s). Works with Product Team to define and deliver on the 6-month roadmap. Is also a key contributor to longer term planning and strategy with their director. Execution of process and accountable for the outcome of the RD team. Manage team that will deliver high quality, innovative solutions in collaboration with stakeholders such as architects, developers, product managers, CSEs and prod support people. Support the team by providing direction, clarity and removing obstacles. Instill Foundations of RD in their teams by living them on a daily basis.

Execute the Product roadmap

Ensure teams are highly motivated, performing well, and delivering work on time. Remove any blockers preventing teams from getting their work done. Make sure each team is clear on the objectives and goals they are striving to achieve. Work with team members to deliver the key features. Work with Architects to define and execute on the companys technical roadmap.



Drives continuous improvement in engineering processes and champions adoption of secure coding standards.

About You

You are a technically curious, engineering-minded problem solver who enjoys working on ambiguous and challenging issues who posses A strong foundation in building automation and tooling to assist with management of labs systems A passion to engage with teams to design and build current labs Experience in enterprise software or high-growth tech environments.

You bring

- 10+ years of Deep Administration experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Okta, VMware vSphere, GCP, AWS and Azure
- Proficient understanding of Linux, Windows, macOS
- Experience with Infrastucture-as-Code tooling such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including the layers 1-3 of the OSI model, as well as protocols like DHCP, DNS, IPsec and SSL/TLS
- Must operate with a security first mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment
- Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills
