Roles and Responsibility:

- Review the Enquiry
- Review the drawings and validate the offering against the enquiry and sales Order Validation
- Preparation of QAP for all jobs
- Generate the applicable procedure as per customer specifications
- Ensure pre-production (WPS/PQR) Tests are conducted for Raw material
- Ensure stage wise inspections as per QAP
- Ensure that production is following quality standards
- Ensure coordination with Third party Inspectors for Third party Inspections
- Ensure preparation of Inspection Reports & quality folder for each job
- Ensure all document files and test records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures and Positive Documentation Practices
- Assigning work to team members as per their potential to ensure all department work runs smoothly
- Monitoring and analyzing department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Working with the HR team to build and develop the team
