Role & responsibilities

- Conduct internal QMS audits in accordance with company procedures and audit standards.
- Verify compliance with SOPs, manuals, policies, and customer requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with SA 8000, SEDEX/SMETA, and applicable quality management standards.
- Prepare audit reports, maintain audit records, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality awareness across departments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 34 years of experience (textile prefer)
- Certified Internal Auditor (SA/ISO)
- Experience in conducting internal audits, including SOPs, manuals, and policies
- Must have basic knowledge of SEDEX/SMETA & Buyer requirements
- Must have awareness of technical audits/Sharp Tool Requirement
- Basic Email /Computer/Excel/MS Word knowledge.
