From venues and decor to catering and photography, we manage every aspect of the wedding journey, from planning to execution, enabling couples to browse, book, and coordinate their entire wedding seamlessly from anywhere.

With a network of 2,000+ verified partners across cities, we have successfully planned and executed over 1,000 weddings across India's leading destinations including Bengaluru, Goa, Udaipur, Jaipur, Delhi NCR, and Kerala, as well as international locations like Thailand and Indonesia. Our team works like an extended family, combining skilled expertise with genuine care to make the entire wedding journey stress-free and memorable.

In 2026, we raised $2.75 million in seed funding led by Wellingdon Advisors LLP, with participation from LVX, Tremis Capital, and angel investors, reflecting strong confidence in our vision to redefine how India plans weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding vendors (venues, decorators, photographers, etc.)
- Source and onboard new suppliers aligned with the companys service standards and brand values
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners
- Maintain an updated database of supplier contracts, contacts, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, planning, operations) to ensure vendor readiness for events




- Evaluate vendor performance through client feedback and internal quality checks
- Monitor market trends to identify recent vendor categories and partnership opportunities
- Support the implementation of vendor-related tech platforms or CRM tools
- Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in developing SOPs and policies for vendor onboarding and engagement
- Work on improving cost efficiencies without compromising service quality
- Help in organizing vendor meets, workshops, or networking events

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 2- 5 years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, or partnerships (wedding/events industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and vendor CRM tools
- Passion for the wedding or events industry
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
