Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
- Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
- Generate business through the advisor team
- Build strong relationships with customers and agents
- Support advisors in client meetings and policy sales
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports and documentation
