We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven End-to-End Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools effectively
3. Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Provide feedback and recommendations for hiring managers
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and insights
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and hiring strategies
5.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process
- Maintain timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
- Manage discussions, negotiations, and closure
6. Offer & Onboarding
- Roll out offers and handle salary negotiation
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
7. Reporting & MIS
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, conversion rates, etc.)
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and generate reports
- Continuously optimize hiring processes
Desired Skills
