We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to ensure an exceptional patient experience throughout the IVF treatment journey. The role involves managing patient relationships, addressing queries, coordinating with clinical and support teams, handling feedback and grievances, and ensuring smooth patient communication and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end patient experience.
- Address patient queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients.
- Handle patient feedback and grievance resolution.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates.
- Preferred Experience:
- 3+years of experience in customer care, patient relations, or healthcare services.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, or hospital , Healthcare is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
