We are seeking an experienced Lead software Engineer to join our team at Iware Software Solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in .NET Core backend development, designing scalable applications using Microservices and Clean Architecture. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical design decisions, ensuring code quality, and delivering high-performance, scalable solutions with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable web applications using .NET Core
- Lead development activities including code review, bug fixing, and testing
- Analyze system requirements and provide technical guidance to team members
- Work closely with architects/managers on application design and reusable components
- Write clean, scalable code and Unit Tests
- Handle sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery management
- Track WBS, backlogs, and stakeholder updates to ensure timely delivery
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and presales support
- Manage a team of 5-10 engineers
Required Technical Skills:
- C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework
- Web API, REST Services, Microservices & Clean Architecture
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, React JS
- MS SQL Server / T-SQL
- Unit Testing & Version Control (Git/TFS)
- Strong knowledge of OOPS and Design Concepts
- Exposure to AI-powered applications is an added advantage
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus
