Role & responsibilities

1)Manage daily travel operations by coordinating bookings, itineraries, transportation, hotels, and other travel services to ensure smooth execution.

2)Coordinate with vendors and partners including hotels, airlines, transport providers, and DMCs to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

3)Monitor tour operations and resolve issues by handling operational challenges promptly and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

4)Lead and support the operations team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient workflow.

5)Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality, resolving escalations, and improving operational processes.

Preferred candidate profile

1)3 to 5 years of experience in travel operations, tour coordination,



or a similar role in the Travel & Tourism industry.

2)Solid organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and operational tasks efficiently.

3)Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, airlines, hotels, and internal teams.

4)Good knowledge of domestic and international travel operations, including itineraries, visa processes, hotel bookings, and transportation.

5)Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office and CRM/booking systems.
