Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify recent business opportunities through field marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using our products/services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales growth, revenue expansion, and customer acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Field Work, Field Job, Outside Sales or related fields.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
