To manage & drive the technical training for Part of North & Central region for field service team & improve the technical competency & product knowledge for the products like Refrigerators & Washing machine & Air conditioners for service teams.
Your responsibilities will include
1. Develop & implement technical training strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Conduct training programmes for service engineers, technicians for the responsible territories.
3. Assess training needs & identify skill gaps within service teams.
4. Deliver product installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting , maintenance & repair training.
5. Drive technician upskilling & competency development initiatives.
6.
Collaborate with Service quality & service teams to incorporate the technical updates into the training programme.
7. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments & certification & performance metrics.
8. Maintain training records, reports & compliance documentations.
Minimum requirements
1. Experience in technical training delivery.
2. Robust and practical knowledge of home appliances products - Refrigerators, Washing machine, Air conditioners & Microwave oven.
3. Experience in technical, troubleshooting & diagnostics training.
4. Proficiency in Digital learning, Classroom training & MS Office.
5. Qualification - ITI OR Diploma.
