Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and PMP-certified Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of regulatory reporting and compliance programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, client communication, risk management, and project governance while working in consulting or qualified services environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to successful closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery against defined KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct client meetings, gather business requirements, and translate them into project deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and executive presentations.




- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive project reviews, risk assessments, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 712 years of Project Management experience
- Active PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing project delivery
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Hive, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or regulatory environments
