Job Description
IntouchCX is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Consultant / Senior Consultant – Customer Support (International Non-Voice Process). We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and prior experience in international customer support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice support channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in International Voice and/or Non-Voice Processes is mandatory.
- Excellent written English and grammar skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC (based on experience and current compensation).
