Role & responsibilities :

- Onsite Supervision: Oversee end-to-end structure assembly and installation at rural farm locations
- Fabrication & Assembly: Manage structural erection of shade houses, polyhouses, and protective tents.
- Civil Works Oversight: Supervise the construction, curing, and verification of agricultural concrete tanks
- Material Coordination: Receive, inspect, and manage raw building materials arriving on-site
- Labor & Vendor Management: Direct local laborers and technicians to ensure on-schedule completion
- Quality & Safety Control: Maintain safety standards and ensure all installations meet technical specs

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualification:

- ITI (Civil, Mechanical, Fitter, or Welder trades) OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:



0 to 3 years of experience in site supervision, civil work, or steel/fabric structure fabrication

Skills Needed:

- Ability to read simple engineering drawings and layouts.
- Robust practical understanding of building materials, welding joints, and basic civil work
- Excellent team-handling skills to manage on-site laborers.
- Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable traveling to various district sites for field execution. Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is highly preferred
