Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Positive communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to sales and distribution.
