To operate and monitor IMFL bottling production activities, ensuring production targets, product quality, safety, and statutory compliance are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor bottling line activities (Filling, Capping, Labelling & Packing).
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum downtime and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, FSSAI, Excise, and Safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor line performance, production records, and material consumption.
- Supervise operators and contract manpower during shifts.
- Report production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain housekeeping (5S) and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in an IMFL, Beverage, Brewery, Distillery, or Bottling Plant.
