Job Title: Proposal Writer – U.S. Federal Government

Location: Gurugram (Remote/Hybrid)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer with 4+ years of U.S. Federal proposal writing experience to support the development of compliant, compelling, and winning proposals for Federal Government opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and Task Orders, with a solid understanding of Federal procurement processes, FAR regulations, and proposal best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop technical, management, staffing, transition, and past performance proposal content.
- Analyze RFPs, SOWs, PWSs, and evaluation criteria to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, SMEs, and Solution Architects.
- Develop win themes, executive summaries, and customer-focused messaging.
- Maintain compliance matrices, content libraries, and proposal repositories.
- Participate in proposal reviews (Pink, Red, Gold Team) and final submissions.
- Conduct research on agencies, competitors, and procurement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.




- 4+ years of Federal proposal writing experience.
- Experience supporting Federal IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Professional Services proposals.
- Strong understanding of FAR-based solicitations and Federal acquisition processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- APMP Certification (preferred).
- Experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DHS, VA, HHS, GSA, DOJ, or Treasury.
- Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and large Federal contract vehicles.
- Familiarity with GovWin, SAM.gov, Deltek, Salesforce, Loopio, and RFPIO.
