Job Title: US Recruiter

Location: Keshar Tower, Near Railway Station, Gwalior

Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift - EST Time Zone)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across our label/business unit. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (sourcing to offer stage)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Conduct cold calling and pitch recruiting services to potential clients
- Promote staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong cultural and role fit




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)

Required Qualifications

- 1–4 years of US recruitment experience.
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
