PERCH is a fast-growing fashion & lifestyle D2C brand focused on building premium products and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for an entrepreneurial professional to join our Founder's Office and work directly with the Founder to drive e-commerce growth, improve business performance, and execute strategic initiatives across the company.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the Founder to scale PERCH's D2C business. You'll lead growth initiatives across Shopify, customer retention, website optimization, analytics, performance marketing coordination, and cross-functional projects. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, making data-driven decisions, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with the Founder on high-impact business and growth initiatives.
- Drive D2C growth by improving revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and repeat purchases.
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product uploads, merchandising, landing pages, promotions, and website updates.
- Plan and execute retention marketing campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to improve campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, website performance, and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.




- Build weekly and monthly dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and present actionable insights.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, warehouse, merchandising, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend new business growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C Growth, Growth Marketing, Business Operations, or a Founder's Office role.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
- Experience with retention marketing (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, CRM).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Repeat Purchase Rate.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong analytical ability.
- Experience coordinating with performance marketing teams or agencies.
- Excellent communication, ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
