About the Company

A leading global bank is establishing its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its equity research desk. You will support coverage that informs how a marquee institution views companies and sectors. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Equity Research Analyst, you will build financial models, track listed companies and sectors, and help produce the research notes that guide investment views.

Key Responsibilities

Modelling & Coverage

- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and earnings estimates
- Track company filings, results, and sector developments
- Run comparable-company and scenario analysis

Research & Notes

- Draft research notes, sector reviews, and earnings summaries




- Support senior analysts with data, charts, and thesis checks

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in equity research, investment analysis, or a related finance role
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel
- A rigorous, detail-oriented thinker comfortable with filings and numbers
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- CFA Level 1 or above, or an MBA in Finance
- Exposure to Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet
- Coverage experience in one or more sectors
