We're looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Intern to join our team at Huedlife. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they get maximum value from our product/service, helping with onboarding, support, and relationship management.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through product usage
- Respond to customer queries via email/chat/calls with warmth and clarity
- Log and update customer interactions in our CRM
- Track repeat customers and flag anyone who seems unhappy or at risk of churning
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the team to improve products/service
- Respond to customer queries via email/chat/calls in a timely and skilled manner
