About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling IT services and digital transformation leader in India, we deliver end-to-end project execution for enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail. Our teams operate in agile, cross-functional pods—driving on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining compliance, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation across complex technology initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering, QA, and business teams—tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings for Agile/Scrum teams using Jira/Confluence.
- Prepare and distribute status reports, risk logs, and project dashboards for leadership and client stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including scope change logs, requirement traceability matrices, and UAT sign-offs.
- Act as escalation point for blockers,



aligning cross-functional resources to resolve delays or scope conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to internal PMO governance, compliance standards, and contract delivery milestones.
