Role Overview:

We're looking for a growth-obsessed and analytically strong leader to own and scale DaMENSCH's D2C business.

You'll drive revenue and margin growth, own the P&L; for the D2C channel, and lead a lean team across revenue, performance marketing, and more. You'll report directly to the CBO and work closely with Founders, Brand, Tech, and Ops to build a world-class D2C business.

What You'll Own

- P&L; Ownership of the D2C channel
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue plans across Damensch website and app
- Performance Marketing: Lead paid marketing with a sharp focus on ROI
- Profitability Levers: Drive improvements in contribution margin through discounting discipline, RTO reduction, return rate optimization, shipping cost control and more
- Customer Insights & Analytics: Use data to understand cohorts, channel-wise performance, and power strategic decisions
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a lean, high-performing D2C team

What We're Looking For





- Young leaders with a strong track record of learning, growth and delivering outcomes
- A strong bias for action, data-driven thinking, and experimentation
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills — able to work cross-functionally and build scalable processes
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital-first consumer brands a plus
- Demonstrated ability to own revenue & growth metrics and manage P&L; preferred
- Hands-on experience in managing performance marketing at scale (INR 1Cr+/month budgets) preferred
- Familiarity with Meta/Google ads, analytics tools and advertising dashboards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution preferred
